Online Return/ Exchange  Policy

Eligible items for Returns will only be accepted for a store credit.  Absolutely no refunds will be given. 
Be sure to read our entire refund/exchange policy.

All legit   returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TopNotch Divas Boutique (TDB) E-Gift Card OR E -Gift Certificate minus shipping cost  (we do not cover shipping cost for returns and we do not refund shipping cost).  In some cases where an even exchange is wanted, we can not guarantee the availability of the item to be in stock. However, we will issue a store credit for you to use on your next purchase.  

TDB meaning TopNotch Divas Boutique E-Gift Card or Gift Certificates can only be used on this website www.topnotchdivasboutique.com towards future purchases.  E-Gift Card or Gift Certificates issued for store credit does not expire.  Our E-Gift Cards are issued through Square.  Store Credit can not be used to purchase E- Gift Cards. 

We are not responsible for lost Gift Cards or Lost Gift Certificates.
Please treat them like cash! 

Final Sale Items  
Items considered Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit or Exchanged.
TopNotch Divas Boutique does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through this website TopNotchDivasBoutique.com, the TopNotchDivasBoutique.com mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Return and Exchange Policy (collectively, the "Site").

All TopNotchDivasBoutique.com items are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be exchanged within 7 days of the receipt date. The Receipt date is the date specified delivered by the carrier such as USPS, FEDEX, UPS and DHL. 

Damaged/Defective Items
Please Note - Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of the delivered date  (receipt date). If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a store credit. 

DO NOT MAIL your purchased item(s) back to us - You need to FIRST send a photo(s) of the defect or damage with your comments in order to be approved for an exchange or store credit. Then we will give you further instructions on returning your item(s) using an issued Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns for Store Credit must be approved first
You will receive a Return Authoirzation to use with any approved returns. Items mailed to us without the appropriate steps taken will not be accepted. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance or call us

All APPROVED exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, FREE of makeup, stains and deodarant with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).

Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, sunglasses,  clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.



Please make sure the address you enter when ordering is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivery of your package for incorrect address errors. 

When returning your package we highly suggest you keep proof of postage and use a tracking number.  Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. 

We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, TopNotch Divas Boutique will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a TopNotch Divas Boutique E-Gift Card or Gift Certificate for use on a future purchase.  Our E-Gift Cards and Gifts Certificates never expires and they are redeemable right away!

We suggest you order a size up - most of our clothing are in vanity sizes, but there are items that run smaller or bigger than others. If you are unsure of the size you need

Most of the time, customers take an item that is too small; therefore, if you believe you are in between sizes we suggest the next size up.
